Mrs. Elder is a graduate of Delcastle Technical High School. While attending Delcastle, she earned her diploma in Cosmetology. El's professional career began in 1984 with J.C. Penny Salon, where she worked as a stylist for 11 years. She later relocated to another area salon. In early 2010, El successfully completed the instructor program offered by Schilling-Douglas. She has since earned her instructors license in the State of Delaware and is currently an active instructor at the school. In her spare time El enjoys reading, listening to music, camping,sewing, motorcycles and spending time with her family. |
